HVAC & Refrigeration Engineering Ltd. (Aberdeen, Scotland) has appointed a new member to its board of directors. Angela Thain joins as projects director and will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all projects the company undertakes.

Rex Ferrier is the new vice president of Texas operations for Wellsite Rental Services LLC (Broussard, Louisiana). With more than 36 years of experience in oil and gas services, Ferrier will manage WRSís Texas operations, including quality control and customer relations.

Pelican Products Inc. (Torrance, California) appointed Christopher Allen as director of worldwide environmental health and safety. With more than 25 years of experience in environmental health and safety, Allen will be implementing Pelicanís environmental health and safety program.

The new president and CEO of AXYS Technologies Inc. (Sidney, Canada), Terry Tarle joins the team from his post at Aeroinfo Systems, where he was chief operating officer responsible for developing and managing maintenance technologies that were marketed worldwide.

Oceaneering International Inc. (Houston, Texas) appointed Knut Eriksen to senior vice president, business development. In this new role, Eriksen will be responsible for leading business development efforts focused on deepwater operations. Eriksen joined Oceaneering in 2010.

Brian Wilson is now sales and applications engineer at Falmouth Scientific Inc. (Cataumet, Massachusetts). Wilson has more than 25 years of experience in the oceanographic instrumentation industry. His skills range from the design and production of products to the direct involvement in applications, sales and customer service needs.

Eric Siegel joined Nortek Piezo (Aberdeen, Scotland) as managing director. Siegel will be responsible for delivering composite broadband acoustic transducers. Siegel has significant experience in oceanographic measurements and technology and has been with Nortek for 10 years.

NCS Survey (Aberdeen, Scotland) has appointed Simon Goldsworthy as business development manager. Goldsworthy will be responsible for building relationships with existing and potential clients and growing NCS Surveyís presence in the offshore industry globally.

Stabil Drill (Lafayette, Louisiana) has named A. Mauricio Alvarez as Latin America sales manager. Based in Houston, Texas, Alvarez will identify new clients in the Latin American region through an active and structured approach. He has more than 30 years of experience in drilling operations, sales, services and strategic business planning.
