Bollinger Shipyards Inc. (Lockport, Louisiana) appointed Richard Murphy as a senior manager working on U.S. Coast Guard and governmental programs. Murphy’s most recent assignment was Commanding Officer, U.S. Coast Guard Yard, Baltimore, Maryland.

Chet Morrison Contractors (Houma, Louisiana) hired Michael Brown as general manager of marine construction. Brown is an active member of several industry associations and committees, and has held positions at all levels of the offshore industry.

Duncan Macpherson, who previously held the role of managing director of Reef Subsea Norway, has been promoted as the CEO of Reef Subsea (Richmond, England). His appointment is a part of the company’s reorganization.

The new general director of Holland Shipbuilding Association (Rotterdam, Netherlands), Peter Zoeteman, who was a member of the board, will succeed Mieke Bakker-Mantjes.

BMT Scientific Marine Services (Escondido, California) has expanded its team with the appointment of Phil Hart as vice president, operations and Jeffrey Lewis as vice president, client support operations. Hart will focus on BMT projects, and Lewis will support maintenance and service products.

Mike Earlam has been appointed president of Offshore Installation Services (Aberdeen, Scotland). Earlam will be responsible for driving development and growth. He previously served as managing director for Fugro-Salt Subsea, also in Aberdeen.

Fugro GeoServices Inc. (Lafayette, Louisiana) has appointed a president and senior vice president. Ted Hampton, former vice president of the company, will serve as president, and Adam Jackson, previously a business development manager, is now senior vice president.

Bibby Remote Intervention Ltd. (Aberdeen, Scotland), a division of Bibby Offshore, has created two new positions. David Howe has joined the firm as project director and Robin Longstaff as survey manager.

Dr. Ryan Pitre is now a part of the EdgeTech (West Wareham, Massachusetts) team. Pitre has more than 10 years of electrical engineering experience and will work with the research and development office in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Canaveral Port Authority Board of Commissioners approved John Walsh as CEO of Port Canaveral in Florida. During the past two years, Walsh has directed planning, engineering, design and construction and development of planned capital projects.
