EdgeTech, West Wareham, Massachusetts, was awarded an IDIQ contract with a ceiling of $2.5 million over five years. The contract is to provide acoustic release transponders and associated equipment. NOAA.

EMCOR Group Inc., Norwalk, Connecticut, was awarded a contract to operate and maintain the new Coast Guard headquarters and support facilities in Washington, D.C. EMCOR Government Services is responsible for the 24/7 complete operation and maintenance of 23 facilities. U.S. Coast Guard.

Lloyd’s Register, London, England, will identify technical specifications, LNG bunkering procedures and development of crew competency LNG bunkering to support Singapore in developing infrastructure to supply LNG as a fuel for ships. Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.

Baltic Trading Ltd., New York, New York, will acquire two 32,000 deadweight tonnage vessels for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $41 million. The two vessels are expected to be delivered to Baltic Trading by the end of the third quarter of 2013. Clipper Group.

General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, has been awarded a $208.6 million contract modification for long-lead-time material for three Virginia-class submarines.
