Fugro Pelagos Inc., San Diego, California, task order to survey a 1,500-meter-wide corridor, extending 500 meters inshore to 1,000 meters offshore, along the Lake Michigan coast. The project will use an aircraft with four sensors: aerial RGB imagery, hyperspectral imagery, topographic lidar and bathymetric lidar. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

AXYS Technologies Inc., Sidney, Canada, contract for four 3-meter buoys, two WatchKeeper buoys and two TRIAXYS buoys to expand the existing nearshore coastal network off Newfoundland and provide metocean data. Expro, Reading, England, sonar production testing contract using Exproís clamp-on sonar meters. The company will provide nonintrusive multiphase production testing for oil wells in the Zubair field in Iraq. Eni Iraq B.V.

Sonardyne International Ltd., Yateley, England, contract to supply a Wireless Acoustic Emergency Blowout Preventer Control System for the Noble Globetrotter II, a deepwater drillship due to begin work in the Gulf of Mexico in 2013. It is the fifth Noble newbuild to be equipped with this technology. Noble Corp.

Soil Machine Dynamics Ltd., Wallsend, England, order for a subsea plough to be delivered in late 2012 that is capable of accommodating cables and subsea umbilicals up to 200-millimeter outer diameter and 3-meter bending radius. It will be able to cut a trench at depths between 1 to 1.5 meters and 2.4 meters. Reef Subsea Power & Umbilical.

Veripos, Aberdeen, Scotland, three-year contract for provision of GPS augmentation services, as well as Ultra and Apex2 precise point positioning facilities (with the latter using both GPS and global navigation satellite system constellations). Kongsberg Satellite Services AS, TromsÝ, Norway, five-year, 132 million Norwegian kroner contract to provide ground station services to the Japanese satellite GCOM-W1 and the NASA satellites JPSS from its Svalbard, Norway, and Antarctica ground stations. NASA.

Expro AX-S Technology Ltd., Aberdeen, Scotland, multimillion-dollar contract to intervene on two wells in late 2012, as well as an intervention campaign going into 2013. Activities will consist of in-well wireline, production logging utilizing a well tractor and subsea tree removal. BG Group plc.

Sperry Marine, New Malden, England, contract to supply four ship sets—each including an integrated bridge system with navigation sensors, a VisionMaster Total Watch radar and an electronic chart display and information system—for dry-bulk cargo ships being built for the China Navigation Co. Sparrows, Aberdeen, Scotland, contract for the management and servicing of offshore deck cranes on mobile offshore drilling units outside of Norway. The contract covers condition evaluation of and potential remedial work for 432 deck cranes. Transocean Ltd.

CSA International Inc., Stuart, Florida, relocation and mitigation of approximately 10,000 hard-coral colonies for the New Port Project in Doha, Qatar. CSA is designing a constructed reef using natural limestone materials and fabricated artificial reef units. The work will be evaluated through a three-year monitoring program. Inmarsat plc, London, England, contract to equip shipping fleet with XpressLink, with the option for a free upgrade to Global Xpress in 2014. Jumbo.

Thrane & Thrane AS, Lyngby, Denmark, contract to supply SAILOR 250 FleetBroadband and SAILOR 500 FleetBroadband units bundled with airtime packages. Thome Ship Management.
