Corbetta

Conroy
Giovanni Corbetta was named managing director for Hallin Marine's (Singapore) west division in October. He has more than 20 years of experience in the subsea construction industry and has held senior positions with both Sonsub and Saipem.

Martyn Conroy
was appointed as sales director for the offshore division at Ashtead Technology (Aberdeen, Scotland) in September. He will provide support for Ashtead's offshore regions and will develop and implement its sales strategy from the Aberdeen office.

Oscar Lopez joined T&T Bisso (Houston, Texas) in September as an assistant project manager and on-site coordinator. He has more than 10 years of experience in salvage logistics support and project management. As a certified project manager, he will support the on-site management needs of T&T's salvage and wreck removal business.

Sonardyne International (Hampshire, England) in October appointed Aude Kuchly as sales manager for its European business. For the past six years, she handled European sales for Teledyne RDI.

John Bauchat was promoted in August to senior business development engineer of Airmar (Milford, New Hampshire). The new role will expand the scope of his engineering, project management and marketing/sales responsibilities. He will focus on developing products for the navigation and survey markets.

CTG-Sonatech (Santa Barbara, California) in September hired Brent Febo as its new director of business development. Febo, formerly of ITT, will organize, implement and account for the company's business development initiatives from Washington, D.C.

Ira Pryor was named Gulf Coast sales consultant for H2O Inc. (Lafayette, Louisiana), the company announced in September. He will be in charge of the Gulf Coast drilling market, including sales and coordinating service for H2O's reverse osmosis watermaker systems and rental equipment.

James Snitker was named vice president of corporate proposal operations for QinetiQ North America (McLean, Virginia) in September. He has more than 15 years of proposal managing and coaching experience and two decades of military experience in leadership, operations and training.

Zhi Kang Huang began his new role as chief operating officer for Sino-Global Shipping America Ltd. (Flushing, New York) in late September. Huang joined Sino-Global in 2002 and has been in charge of its overseas business since July 2008.
